I. General Condition

1. Make a booking

Your booking should be made direct on our website or sending email to us sales@satravel.vn

2. Sending E-ticket

After you submit a request from our website and process payment by your credit card. Our ticketing will issue the E-ticket and send you through email within 24 hours.

3. Alternative

In-some case the ticket could not hold when you process booking due to:

Promotion ticket: Not avaialble for holding the seats

Systerm Erro: can not holding the seats

There are 2 options for you:

Promotion ticket or fare still available: our ticketing will issue E-ticket and send it to you.

Promotion ticket or fare is sold out; price is increasing, our ticketing will contact you through email. If you agree to pay extra we will issue E-ticket, if not we will make full-refund to you.

4. Cancel and refund

A ticketing fees: 10 USD/person/ route will be applied for cancel/ refund in any reason after we issued E-ticket.

Cancellation fees of booking will be calculated from all airlines, cancellation and refund policies are detailed on each individual ticket.

Cancellation by the suppliers for reasons related to a force majeure situation, such as government restriction or regulation, weather conditions, natural disasters, etc., customers will receive refund amount depending on specific conditions.
